Responsibilities:
- Call prospective student leads and explain study abroad opportunities
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for counsellors
- Maintain call records and update CRM
- Handle student and parent queries professionally
- Meet daily/weekly lead conversion targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in telecalling / sales / education counselling
- Valuable communication skills in English & Malayalam:
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
