Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and growing the digital presence of the brand across all social media platforms. The role requires creativity, consistency, trend awareness, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of fashion and lifestyle branding.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage daily activities on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, aesthetics, and storytelling.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and campaigns regularly.
- Ensure timely posting as per the content calendar.

2. Content Planning & Strategy
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Plan festival campaigns, collection launches, offers, and storytelling content.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and viral formats.
- Develop engagement-focused and conversion-focused content strategies.

3. Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, models, and editors.
- Guide shoot concepts, styling references,



and mood boards.
- Ensure all creatives match the brand identity and premium positioning.
- Suggest creative reel ideas and fashion presentation formats.

4. Reel & Video Content
- Create engaging reel concepts for products and collections.
- Work closely with video editors for transitions, hooks, captions, and trending audio.
- Ensure reels are optimized for reach and engagement.

5. Community Management
- Reply to comments, DMs, and customer interactions professionally.
- Maintain positive customer relationships online.
- Escalate customer complaints or urgent issues to the concerned department.

6. Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify suitable influencers and creators.
- Coordinate barter and paid collaborations.
- Track collaboration performance and content delivery timelines.
