Role Overview

- Multi-location warehouse coordination
- Zone-wise sales coordination teams

- Operational MIS and planning controls

Key Responsibilities

1. Centralized Dispatch Planning & Order Fulfillment
- Lead centralized dispatch planning for orders across all India locations
- Prioritize orders based on urgency, stock availability, business priorities, logistics

feasibility, and commitment timelines
- Allocate orders plant-wise and warehouse-wise for smooth execution
- Freeze and circulate daily dispatch planning for execution teams
- Ensure uninterrupted dispatch cycle management and operational flow
- Monitor dispatch adherence against committed timelines and service levels

2. Multi-Location Warehouse & Plant Coordination
- Coordinate closely with warehouses, depots, and manufacturing plants for daily

dispatch execution




- Monitor planned vs actual dispatch execution across locations
- Ensure timely material movement between plants and warehouses
- Support warehouse load balancing and dispatch capacity management
- Coordinate urgent dispatches without disturbing broader operational planning
- Ensure operational continuity during peak dispatch periods and month-end pressure

3. Stock Planning & Inventory Coordination
- Monitor stock availability and ideal inventory levels across all warehouse locations
- Coordinate stock replenishment planning based on sales movement and regional

demand
- Ensure proper stock rotation to avoid aging and dead inventory
- Support stock allocation decisions during shortages or high-demand situations
- Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement teams for material visibility and

dispatch readiness

4. Sales Coordination, Warehouse Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage zone-wise sales coordination teams
