Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build robust backend services, APIs, and business logic
- Design and manage efficient database schemas and queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ concepts
- Deep expertise in Node.js and Express.js
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database design
- Solid experience with React.js, hooks, and state management
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Experience with authentication systems such as JWT and OAuth
- Good knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
- Understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations
- Experience with Git and version control workflows
- Familiarity with deployment, CI/CD pipelines,



and cloud platforms

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of WebSockets or real-time systems
- Experience with Redis, caching strategies, and performance optimization
- Understanding of containerization tools like Docker
- Familiarity with message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience with testing frameworks and writing unit/integration tests
- Basic understanding of system design and scalability patterns

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience working as a full-stack or backend-heavy MERN developer
