Job Description:
CSR (Customer Support Representative - Level 1):
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer systems domain is preferred.
- Possess basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS tools.
- Provide product support as per the standard guidelines.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Experience with CCTV surveillance systems will be a plus
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
