Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain MySQL databases across development and production environments.
- Execute database design, development, data modeling and implementation.
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexes, and structures.
- Perform regular database backups and implement disaster recovery strategies.
- Ensure high data integrity, accuracy, and consistent performance.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security policies.
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely support.
- Generate periodic reports related to database health, performance, and capacity.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Strong practical experience in MySQL database administration.
- Good understanding of SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Knowledge of data backup, restore and migration processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with database monitoring and management tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud or etc.
