As we scale our operations to meet a 20 Cr turnover goal, we are seeking a result-oriented Production Manager to lead our White Khari manufacturing division.

Job Summary

The Production Manager will oversee the complete manufacturing lifecycle of White Khari paste and pigment emulsions. You will be responsible for ensuring superior product quality, optimizing production efficiency on high-end milling equipment, and managing shop-floor operations to meet growing market demand.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Management: Lead the daily manufacturing operations for White Khari and pigment dispersions.
- Quality Excellence: Ensure every batch meets exact standards for whiteness, particle size, and stability.




- Machine Utilization: Oversee the operation and routine maintenance of bead mills and high-speed dispersers (specifically Netzsch/Bühler systems).
- Cost Control: Monitor raw material consumption and implement strategies to minimize waste and reduce batch costs.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of plant operators, ensuring a culture of safety and high productivity.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and ISO-compliant documentation.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in the têxtile chemical industry, with a proven track record in Khari or Pigment Emulsion production.
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of TiO2 dispersions, binders, and chemical formulation chemistry.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or Applied Chemistry.
- Leadership: Robust ability to manage labor and meet tight production deadlines.
