Procurement Executive

This role owns everything that moves — materials, vendors, deliveries, timelines. The person in this seat ensures nothing is ordered late, nothing arrives wrong, and nothing surprises the site team. They are the single source of truth for all procurement across all active projects.

What They Own

Maintain a live procurement tracker across all active projects — every item, vendor, order date, expected delivery, actual delivery, and installation status

Identify long-lead items at project start and place orders immediately — tiles, imported hardware, custom furniture — never reactively

Own all vendor communication for procurement — follow up on delivery timelines, flag delays before they hit the site

Coordinate material receipt at site — quality check against specification, flag discrepancies immediately

Maintain vendor relationships — negotiate lead times and pricing, build alternatives for every key vendor

Weekly procurement status report to Project Head — what's ordered, what's arriving, what's at risk
