Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for vehicle sales, spare parts, and service jobs.
- Verify job cards, service reports, and sales orders before generating bills.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable tax regulations.
- Maintain records of all billing transactions in ERP/automobile dealer management/ Tally software.
- Reconcile billing data with accounts and finance teams.
- Handle cash/credit transactions and process customer payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer queries related to invoices.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports for management.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and spares departments to ensure timely billing.
- Monitor receivables and assist in collections follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- 1-3 years of experience in billing/accounts, preferably in automobile dealerships or service centres.
- Experience in managing systems within manufacturing or dealership environments.

Location:Transport Nagar (Jaipur)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
