- Shall be able to independently handle I & C work in projects.




- Shall be able to design and implement SCADA systems, including DCS, PLCs, and HMIs, for municipal water/wastewater projects.
- Shall be able to control system design recommendations, programming, schematic design, and troubleshooting to ensure high system availability.
- Shall be well versed instrument selection criteria.
- SCADA system design and implementation experience in process control systems, P&ID; development, control system network architecture development, instrumentation and controls design, control strategy development, and network security systems
- Experience with SCADA system commissioning, including troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques to maintain high SCADA system availability.
- Working knowledge of PLC and HMI programming functionality and execution
- Preparation of design basis, space planning for control rooms
- Shall have knowledge all I & C related deliverables and drawings.
