What The Flex is Hiring - CRM Intern
Responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining customer data in the CRM system.
- Assisting in segmenting customers based on purchase history and behaviour
- Preparing daily/weekly CRM performance reports.
- Responding to customer queries or feedback and escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/Completed degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Good with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solid communication skills & attention to detail.
- Eager to learn CRM tools and strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
