Label Society is looking for a passionate and experienced Fashion Designer to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of womenswear design, fabrics, garment construction, and production management — someone who can contribute creatively while also overseeing the execution process from design to final production.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing seasonal collections aligned with the brand aesthetic
- Research trends, silhouettes, fabrics, trims, and details relevant to the brand direction
- Work closely on design development, sampling, fittings, and garment corrections
- Coordinate with masters, karigars, vendors, and production units on a daily basis
- Oversee the production cycle from sampling to final finished garments
- Source fabrics, trims, and other materials from local markets/vendors
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely execution of production
- Handle order management and production follow-ups
- Assist in fit sessions and garment construction improvements




- Ensure smooth coordination between design and production teams
- Maintain records of styles, fabrics, production status, and sampling updates

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of prior work experience in womenswear design is compulsory
- Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fits, and finishing
- Experience in handling sampling and production coordination
- Valuable communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of sourcing markets and vendor management
- Strong aesthetic sense aligned with contemporary womenswear
- Proficiency in design softwares
