Requirements:
IT Knowledge:
- Knowledge in Windows OS
- Knowledge of Network Services and IT accessories
- Handling of all hardware and software related troubleshooting
- Experience in user requests handling & ticketing systems
- Knowledge in Virtual environments
- Knowledge in AD and its services
- Adherence to IT policies
- Any degree with relevant experience
- Work experience in similar workplace
- Good communication Skills
