Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Production Planning & Execution-
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per sales demand and dispatch timelines.
- Ensure smooth manufacturing of skincare, makeup, haircare, and personal care products.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, QC, and packaging teams for uninterrupted production flow.
- Monitor batch-wise production targets and achieve output efficiency.

2) Raw Material & Packaging Material Management-
- Ensure availability of raw materials, bulk, and packaging materials before production starts.
- Verify issued materials according to BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchase teams for urgent requirements.
- Minimize material wastage during manufacturing and filling processes.

3) Manpower Handling-
- Allocate operators and helpers according to production requirements.
- Supervise floor activities and maintain discipline in the production area.
- Train workers on SOPs, GMP practices, hygiene, and safety protocols.




- Monitor attendance, shifts, and productivity of production staff.

4) Batch Manufacturing & Documentation-
- Execute production as per BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record).
- Maintain proper batch records, machine logs, and production reports.
- Ensure accurate filling, coding, labeling, and packing activities.
- Handle documentation required for audits and compliance.

5) Quality & GMP Compliance-
- Ensure production activities follow GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices).
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for in-process checks and approvals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in manufacturing and filling areas.
- Reduce batch rejection, leakage, and quality complaints.

6) Machine & Equipment Monitoring-
- Ensure proper operation of mixers, filling machines, sealing machines, labeling machines, and packing machines.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with engineering teams.
