About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities

Engage with customers using SaaS products and provide effective support

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Manage support and delivery workflows efficiently

Coordinate with Product and Tech teams for smooth implementation

Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction





Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable business solutions

Maintain clear documentation, reports, and workflow records

Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency

Understand client expectations and ensure successful execution of deliverables

Requirements:
Any Graduate

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, SaaS, or customer-facing roles preferred

Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively

Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Good coordination and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Experience working with SaaS platforms

Knowledge of support or ticketing systems

Understanding of business processes and workflows
