Position: Team Lead - Real Estate Sales

AddressOfChoice Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead who can lead, manage, and scale a high-performing real estate sales team. We are seeking a professional with strong industry expertise, leadership capabilities, and an existing team network who can contribute to business growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals

Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets

Generate and close high-value real estate deals

Develop strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners

Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for maximum productivity

Create and implement effective sales strategies

Ensure excellent client handling and end-to-end deal closure





Strong familiarity with the Noida real estate market and local areas

Key Requirements

✔ Prior experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory)

✔ Must have the ability to bring and manage an existing sales team

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✔ Target-oriented and growth-focused mindset

Compensation & Advantages

✔ Salary Package: ₹ 12- ₹16 LPA + Incentive
