Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering

Experience:
- Fresher

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities of plant machinery and equipment.
- Support maintenance team in daily maintenance operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts.
- Assist in utility maintenance such as pumps, motors, compressors, cooling towers, etc.
- Follow safety procedures and plant maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with production team for machine availability and shutdown activities.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance.
- Understanding of industrial safety practices.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and plant environment.
- Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
