Position Title: Business Development Executive / Manager - Medical Cloth Supply

Job Summary;
Responsible for promoting, marketing, and supplying hospital têxtile products such as bed sheets, patient gowns, OT linen, doctor coats, pillow covers, curtains, uniforms, and other medical fabric items to government hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, and related government departments across Andhra Pradesh.

The role includes business development, tender participation, client coordination, payment follow-up, and maintaining strong relationships with government officials and hospital authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities in government and private hospitals.
- Meet officials of Health Department, Medical Colleges, District Hospitals, PHCs, CHCs, and other healthcare institutions.




- Generate enquiries and identify upcoming procurement opportunities.
- Build robust relations with purchase departments and government authorities.

2. Government Liaison Work
- Coordinate with concerned government departments in Andhra Pradesh.
- Follow up for approvals, vendor registrations, inspections, and documentation.
- Maintain communication with hospital administrators, procurement officers, and tender authorities.

3. Tender & Procurement Handling
- Monitor GEM, e-procurement portals, and government tenders related to hospital têxtile supply.
- Prepare and submit tender documents.
- Coordinate for EMD, technical documents, samples, and compliance requirements.

4. Sales & Marketing
- Promote company products and maintain product presentations.
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
