The Operator is responsible for executing frontline operations on P2P trading platforms

by handling live chats, coordinating with internal teams, verifying KYC, and ensuring

real-time execution of crypto trades. This role forms the root-level operational backbone

of the company.

Shift Time : 5:00 PM-1:00AM

Key Responsibilities

1. Chat Handling on P2P Platforms

○ Manage live customer chats on platforms like Bybit, Binance, etc., with

professionalism and accuracy.

○ Provide real-time support during order flow and respond quickly to

buyer/seller queries.

2. Order Coordination & Execution

○ Ensure smooth end-to-end processing of buy/sell orders by

coordinating with:
■ KYC Team for verification updates

■ Payments Team for payment confirmation and release

■ Assistant Manager - Operations for rate and stock handling

3. KYC Support & Verification

○ Assist in verifying user identity and payment screenshots for

compliance.

○ Check the platform KYC status before order approval and ensure it aligns

with internal policies.

4. Ad & Order Monitoring





○ Continuously check and update the status of active advertisements,

prices, and limits.

○ Pause or update ads in consultation with AM - Operations based on

market conditions or stock availability.

5. Root-Level Platform Operations

○ Perform all tasks related to order handling, status checks, appeals, and

dispute resolution at the ground level.

○ Ensure every transaction is tracked, compliant, and completed efficiently.

6. Speed & Efficiency

○ Execute all duties with high speed and zero errors, especially during

high-volume hours.

○ Ensure timely order processing and escalate unusual delays to

supervisors.

7. Team Communication & Escalation

○ Maintain active communication with relevant departments during critical

orders.

○ Escalate any technical, KYC, or payment issue to the concerned team

without delay.

8. Platform Familiarity

○ Be well-versed with the interf
