Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and potential clients.
- Explain company services related to government tenders and bidding support.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer database and daily call records.
- Coordinate with the sales and tender team for client requirements.
- Build good relationships with clients and handle basic queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle clients professionally over the phone.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the tender industry is an advantage (training can be provided).
