A leading Indian manufacturer in the field of geosynthetics and technical têxtile solutions is looking for a energetic and commercially driven professional for the role of International Market Development Coordinator to support its global business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct international market research and identify new business opportunities across global markets
- Manage and coordinate international outreach activities through freelancers and regional associates
- Generate and maintain qualified lead databases for export business development
- Support international lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, and customer engagement initiatives
- Track outreach KPIs including leads generated, meetings scheduled, and conversion pipeline
- Coordinate with internal sales and management teams for follow-ups and business development activities
- Prepare reports related to market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Assist in strengthening the company’s international distributor and client network
- 1-4 years of experience in:
- International Business Development
- Export Sales
- International Marketing
- Market Research
- B2B Lead Generation
- Prior experience from: Geosynthetics, Technical Textiles, Industrial Products, Polymer / Plastic Manufacturing
- Infrastructure-related industries will be preferred
- Strong English communication and business coordination skills
- Comfortable handling overseas clients and remote international teams
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and CRM/lead management tools
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or International Business preferred
