We have an opening for TIG / MIG Welders
Key Responsibilities
- Welding Operations: Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on various metals (aluminum, stainless steel, steel) in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and layouts to determine appropriate welding processes and specifications.
- Equipment Setup: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment, including adjusting wire feed speeds, amperage, voltage, and gas flow rates.
- Robotic welding: FANUC Robot exposure preferred.
- Material Preparation: Cut, grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces for assembly to ensure precise fit-up.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect completed welds for defects, cracks, and porosity using gauges and tools to ensure compliance with standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols, including wearing protective gear, to maintain a safe working setting.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:



Generally 1-5 years of proven experience in MIG and TIG welding within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training or apprenticeship is highly preferred.
- Certifications: AWS (American Welding Society) certifications (D1.1, D1.2) are often required or preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of welding techniques, filler metals, gas types, and metal properties.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and possess excellent hand-eye coordination.

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Welding / ITI - Welder Grade
