Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA)
- Develop and implement QA policies, procedures, and quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, BIS, and company quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA processes.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Train production and inspection teams on quality standards and documentation.

Quality Control (QC)
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished water purifiers.
- Monitor production activities to maintain quality compliance.
- Conduct functional testing such as leak testing, filtration performance, flow rate, and TDS reduction.
- Maintain inspection reports, testing records, and non-conformance documentation.




- Ensure calibration and proper usage of testing instruments and measurement tools.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing industry.
- Preferred experience in water purifier, water treatment, home appliances, or related industries.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, BIS standards, and quality tools like FMEA, SPC, 5 Why, and Fishbone Analysis.
- Positive communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of RO/UV/UF water purification technologies will be an added advantage.
- Six Sigma or CQE certification preferred.

Pay: ₹8,372.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
