At Param Software, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join us as AI & Python Automation Trainees (LLM & RAG Focus) and work on cutting-edge AI solutions.

Role Overview
- This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build expertise in Python scripting, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) while working on real-world AI automation and intelligent systems.
- ️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop Python scripts for automation and AI workflows
- Work on RAG pipelines (data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, generation)
- Integrate AI tools & APIs into business use cases
- Build intelligent assistants, chatbots, and knowledge systems
- Collaborate with teams to prototype & deploy AI solutions
- Research emerging AI tools and best practices
- Maintain proper documentation

Who Can Apply?




- Final year students or graduates in CS / IT / AI / Data Science or any relevant degree holder
- Solid fundamentals in Python
- Basic understanding of LLMs and RAG concepts
- Problem-solving mindset with curiosity for AI
- Preferred Profile:
- Hands-on projects or internships in AI/LLM/RAG
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of APIs, embeddings, vector databases
- Familiarity with Git/version control
