- Solid understanding of manual and machine-based fitting processes.

2. Types of Fittings
- Ability to work with rimless, half-rim, full-frame, and nylon fittings.

3. Lens s Frame Knowledge
- Familiarity with all types of lenses (CR-39, Polycarbonate, Trivex, Bifocal, Progressive) and compatible frame materials.

4. Sunglasses Fitting
- Skill in handling curved, tinted, and polarized lenses with precision.

5. Machine Maintenance
- Routine care and basic troubleshooting of key lab machines (edger, heater, drill, etc.).

6. Bifocal s Progressive Lens Fitting
- Proper segment height alignment and corridor marking.
- Understanding of adaptation requirements.

7. Experience
- Prior hands-on work and understanding of fitting volume and store/lab coordination.

8. Fitting Height s PD Measurement

G. Frame Shape Knowledge
- Understanding frame designs and their impact on lens cutting and fitting.

10. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in tools, machines, and handling delicate tasks with precision.

11. Non-Adaptation Issue Handling
- Ability to identify and resolve customer discomfort related to lenses or fitting
