Material Management
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage to prevent damage, pilferage, or deterioration.
- Maintain adequate stock levels for project requirements.

Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock balances.
- Implement FIFO / LIFO methods where applicable.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and reporting.

Coordination & Procurement Support
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and procurement teams for timely material availability.
- Raise requisitions for stock replenishment.
- Track pending orders and follow up with vendors/suppliers as needed.

Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and material return records.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards,



quality checks, and company policies.
- Support in vendor bill verification related to supplied materials.

Team & Process Management
- Supervise storekeepers, helpers, and labour handling materials.
- Implement best practices in material handling and inventory management.
- Identify process improvements for efficiency and cost control.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
