Job Role
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify loan files and legal documents
- Conduct legal audit of secured and unsecured loan cases
- Check property documents, title papers, and mortgage-related records
- Ensure compliance with applicable banking and NBFC regulations
- Assist in matters related to the SARFAESI Act
- Coordinate with internal teams, advocates, and banks for documentation and compliance
- Maintain audit records and legal reports
- LLB / Legal background preferred
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in:
- Property Act matters
- Loan file verification
- Mortgage documentation
- SARFAESI Act procedures
- Banking / NBFC legal processes
- Valuable documentation and analytical skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
