About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Principal to lead the overall performance of a CBSE school. This is a high-ownership leadership role covering academics, operations, admissions, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead academic planning and ensure CBSE curriculum implementation
- Drive student performance through teacher training and evaluations
- Oversee school operations, discipline, and compliance
- Manage admissions, parent engagement, and retention
- Lead and mentor a team of 50-100 staff
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for school growth

Who Can Apply
- 15+ years of academic experience with minimum 5 years as a Principal (CBSE):
- Strong expertise in academic execution and school operations




- Experience managing large teams and multi-functional responsibilities
- Proven track record in admissions growth and parent satisfaction
- Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with digital tools (Google Suite, basic Excel)
- Age limit: up to 52 years

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
