Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for inspection activities.
- Perform dimensional inspection and laboratory testing of components/products.
- Maintain calibration schedules and calibration records for measuring instruments.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for inspection requirements.




- Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the lab area.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CMM operation and programming.
- Understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes and laboratory practices.
- Experience in calibration and documentation management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards or rubber product testing is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and report preparation.
- Experience in Aerospace Industry or Rubber Product Industry.
- Hands-on experience in quality lab operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage inspection priorities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
