Key Responsibilities - Industrial Relations Function Monitoring Absenteeism
- Generate daily reports on employees absent for more than 8 days.
- Verify historical attendance records.
- Issue initial telegrams to habitual/chronic absentees.
- Send follow-up advisory and reminder letters.
- Initiate termination process if no response is received, following due process (domestic inquiry or voluntary abandonment).

Domestic Inquiry
- Draft charge sheets, warning letters, and suspension orders for absenteeism and misconduct.
- Represent management in domestic inquiries.

Computerized Complaint System
- Extract and review daily complaint reports.
- Address complaints and report to senior HR leadership.
- Implement actions as directed by HR leadership.

Employee Grievance Handling
- Facilitate duty resumption after absenteeism.




- Manage sick leave reporting.
- Address payroll or overtime discrepancies.
- Process emergency leave requests.
- Handle issues related to uniforms and shift scheduling.

Labour Office Operations
- Prepare monthly duty schedules.
- Allocate work among labour office staff.
- Monitor manpower distribution across departments.
- Oversee uniform distribution.
- Conduct regular workplace rounds.
- Manage settlement of employee dues.
- Handle assignment-based HR activities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
