Job Description - Junior Store Executive

Position: Junior Store Executive
Department: Store / Inventory
Location: Manufacturing Unit
Reporting To: Store Manager / Production Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing materials properly.
- Update stock entries in ERP/software or Excel sheets.
- Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for material requirements.
- Prepare GRN, delivery challan, and material issue slips.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to seniors.
- Ensure proper labeling and arrangement of materials in the store.
- Support physical stock verification and audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.
- Follow company policies and store procedures.

Required Skills:




- Basic knowledge of store and inventory management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and record keeping.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in store operations.

Salary:
- As per company standards and experience.

Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (as per company policy)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
