Store In Charge

The Store In Charge is responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining stock records, handling inward and outward material, and ensuring proper inventory control. The role includes supervising store activities, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with different departments for smooth material flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain proper stock and inventory records.
- Handle inward and outward material entries.
- Check received materials as per invoice and purchase order.
- Monitor stock availability and avoid shortages.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper material arrangement.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations departments.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials.
- Conduct physical stock verification regularly.
- Maintain gate pass, challan, and delivery records.
- Follow company safety and security procedures.
- Supervise store staff and helpers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
