Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage end-to-end project execution for payment domain initiatives (payment channels, collections, reconciliation, settlement).
- Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams for requirements gathering and execution.
- Assist in preparation and tracking of BRD, FSD, test cases, and deployment plans.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate where required.
- Support SIT, UAT, production rollout, and post go-live activities.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, MOMs, and governance updates.
- Ensure adherence to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Support change management and release coordination activities.

Required Skills:
- Understanding of IT project management (Techno-Functional) and SDLC.




- Exposure to payment systems / digital payment channels / collections platforms.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Valuable documentation and communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tracking tools (JIRA / MS Project preferred).

Experience & Education
- 5-8 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech preferred.
- Graduation in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
- PMP / Agile certification - good to have (not mandatory).
