Your Role:
- In this role you will play a key role in:
- RPA Solution Design & Development:

Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Process Analysis & Optimization:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document processes (PDD/SDD), and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Reusable Components Development:

Create and maintain reusable object libraries and components to accelerate automation delivery and ensure consistency.
- Integration & API Enablement:
- Exception Handling & Logging:

Implement robust error handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms to ensure high process resilience and maintain SLAs.
- Testing & Deployment:

Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and participate in deployment and release management processes.
- Support & Maintenance:

Provide L2/L3 support for live automations, troubleshoot issues, and perform continuous improvements.




- Compliance & Governance:

Ensure bots adhere to security, audit, and governance standards, including credential management and role-based access.

Your Profile:
- Blue Prism Development (Core Expertise):
- Strong hands-on experience in Process Studio, Object Studio, control room operations, and Blue Prism architecture.
- SAP Automation Expertise:
- Proven experience working with SAP GUI automation, SAP Fiori, BAPI integrations, and handling SAP selectors and environments.
- Programming & Scripting:
- Proficiency in .NET/C#, VB.NET, or equivalent scripting, along with understanding of APIs, JSON/XML parsing.
- Integration & Web Services:
- RPA Lifecycle & Best Practices:
- Solid understanding of RPA delivery lifecycle (PDD, SDD, testing, deployment), exception handling frameworks, and optimization techniques.
