Job Summary:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions
- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for future hiring needs
- Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targetsEnsure proper documentation and reporting of recruitment activities

Key Skills Required:
- Solid expertise in sourcing and headhunting:
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search, Xray searches and job portals
- Good understanding of ATS like Keka, Zoho Hire etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong networking and relationship management skills

Preferred Background:
- Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm:
- Exposure to hiring across industries like BPO, Manufacturing, Gems & Jewellery, etc.
- Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
