Accounting:
- The AR & FA Manager is responsible to manage cash flow optimization through lettering and investment compliance (through the asset life cycle), while ensuring a monthly error-free closing. He will do that under Safran International Services (SIS) and for all Safran's Business Units in India.
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash Application Supervision: Ensure that 100% of bank receipts are recorded with customer invoices within 24/48 hours.
- Suspense Management: Analyze and resolve "Unapplied Cash" (unidentified transfers) in coordination with banks and the sales department.
- Disputes & Reconciliations: Validate credits and resolve settlement discrepancies (local taxes, bank charges, price disputes).
- Fixed Assets
- Asset Registry Management: Oversee the creation,



transfer and disposal of fixed assets in the ERP.
- Amortization Process: Validate monthly allocations and ensure consistency with Group policies (useful life).
- Capitalization (CAPEX): Analyze ongoing projects (Work-in-Progress) to ensure that assets are activated as soon as they are put into service.
- Management and Governance
- Coaching: Recruit, train and evaluate a team of Associates (2 to 3 people depending on the volume).
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Write and maintain up-to-date process documentation to ensure service continuity.
- Stakeholder Management: Be the preferred contact for the Chief Financial Officers of local entities to explain cash changes or amortization impacts.
- Continuous Improvement (CI) - Finance
- Focus: Process Optimization, Automation, and Change Management.
