Job Summary:
A Jewellery Merchandiser is responsible for planning, sourcing, displaying, and managing jewellery collections to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with vendors, monitoring inventory, analyzing market trends, and ensuring attractive product presentation in showrooms or retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage jewellery collections based on market trends and customer demand
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors for product sourcing
- Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving jewellery items
- Ensure proper display and visual merchandising of jewellery products in showroom
- Analyze sales reports and customer preferences to improve product selection
- Assist in pricing, product promotions, and seasonal launches
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotional activities




- Ensure quality standards and product specifications are maintained
- Maintain records of stock movement, orders, and product details

Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in jewellery retail or merchandising preferred
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery products
- Strong understanding of inventory management and retail operations
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software, ERP systems)
- Robust attention to detail and market trend awareness
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines
