Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Surface Preparation: Prepare furniture components for finishing by sanding, filling imperfections, cleaning, and masking areas as needed to ensure optimal adhesion.
- Mixing & Color Matching: Accurately mix paints, stains, lacquers, hardeners, and thinners according to exact specifications and formulas to achieve consistent color and finish matching.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot spray guns, hoses, and spray booth filters daily to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet strict company quality standards for texture, gloss level, and durability before moving to the assembly or packing phase.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like respirators,



and ensure the safe storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals and solvents.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter or Finisher specifically within furniture manufacturing or woodworking.
- Hands-on expertise with various finishing materials, including PU, Duco, Melamine, stains, and veneers.
- Strong understanding of spray equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and color vision for matching specific design requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and chemical handling procedures.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
