The center manager is responsible for the overall operations, sales performance, customer experience, and team management of the gym. This role ensures the center meets business targets, maintains brand standards, and delivers a positive and safe environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Facility Management
- Ensure daily opening/closing procedures
- Maintain gym cleanliness, hygiene & equipment upkeep
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance & supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
- Monitor locker rooms, workout areas, front desk & studio rooms

2. Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly sales targets for memberships & renewal
- Promote upselling of PT (Personal Training), diet plans & add-on services
- Track revenue dashboards and prepare sales reports
- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

3. Customer Service & Experience
- Manage customer queries, feedback & complaints professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive member retention




- Support onboarding of new members with orientation & service explanation
- Handle escalations & ensure smooth customer journey

4. Team Leadership
- Supervise front desk, trainers, housekeeping & support staff
- Schedule shifts
- Conduct performance reviews & training sessions
- Maintain discipline, grooming standards & staff motivation

5. Compliance & Administration
- Manage billing, invoicing & petty cash
- Maintain records, inventories & attendance reports
- Adhere to brand standards and operational SOPs
