We are seeking a data-driven SEO to optimize our hospital's digital presence. In this role, you will execute strategies to increase organic visibility for our medical specialties, conditions, treatments, and physicians. Your primary goal is to drive high-quality organic traffic to our hospital website, helping patients find the critical healthcare information and care options they need.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for all hospital locations, satellite clinics, and individual physicians.
- Maintain accurate local citations and schema markup across medical directories.
- Monitor and devise strategies to improve local patient reviews and online reputation scores.
- Conduct thorough keyword research focused on patient search intent, medical symptoms, specific procedures, and doctor specializations.
- Partner with medical writers and clinical teams to simplify complex medical topics into explicit, user-friendly, and search-optimized copy.
- Audit and optimize existing patient education materials, landing pages,



and service lines to ensure adherence to Google’s E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines.
- Perform regular technical audits to identify crawl errors, broken links, and site architecture issues.
- Collaborate with web developers to improve page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement HIPAA-compliant tracking configurations using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Monitor key performance indicators including organic traffic growth, patient booking conversions, and keyword positions.
- Compile structured monthly reports demonstrating return on investment (ROI) to internal healthcare stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-5 yearsof dedicated SEO experience and Freshers, with a heavy preference for past work in the healthcare, medical, or hospital sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commun
