Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Pitching: Actively identify and visit potential clients in market for business development.

Client Conversion:Transform cold leads into active clients through effective product demonstrations and persuasive communication.





Strategic Networking:Focus heavily to expand our market footprint.

Relationship Management:Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure a high closure rate.

Daily Reporting:Coordinate with the Manager regarding daily field visits and lead status.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Mobility:Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license for daily field visits.

Communication:Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.

Personality:Presentable appearance and a confident, professional demeanor.

Sales Savvy:Strong convincing power and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Experience:Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.

Education:Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
