Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through client visits, cold calling, references, and market research.
- Promote and sell civil/construction-related products, services, or project solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations to clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and project team for product specifications, pricing, and project discussions.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction/infrastructure projects.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy client accounts.
- Prepare regular sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates for management review.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or any relevant field




- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in construction, building materials, civil solutions, or related industry:
- Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may also be considered

Required Skills:
- Good understanding of civil/construction industry and technical products/services:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills:
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships:
- Good knowledge of sales strategies and business development:
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in selling building materials, construction chemicals, civil contracting services, ready-mix concrete, steel, cement, tiles, interiors, or project-based solutions:
- Existing network with builders, developers, architects, contractors, or consultants will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
