Position description:
The SAP EHS Consultant (S/4HANA) will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Workplace, Health & Safety processes within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with business, compliance, and IT teams to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and operational safety across the organization.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support SAP EHS in SAP S/4HANA environment
Manage Incident Management, Risk Assessment, and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Configure Industrial Hygiene & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety processes
Handle Hazardous Substance Management, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and regulatory compliance
Support EHS audits, inspections,
and compliance reporting
Integrate SAP EHS with SAP PM, MM, QM, and FI modules
Manage EHS Master Data, user roles, and authorizations
Support EHS Fiori apps and user enablement
Perform incident root cause analysis and corrective action tracking
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams
Support testing (UAT), documentation, and training activities
Assist in system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must Have Skills:
Strong experience in SAP EHS implementation and support in SAP S/4HANA
Hands-on expertise in Incident Management, Risk Assessment, and CAPA processes
Experience in Industrial Hygiene & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety
Knowledge of Hazardous Substance Management and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Experience in EHS audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance reporting
Integration experience with SAP PM,
