Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary homeroom teacher and mentor for assigned students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports academic and personal growth.
- Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the IGCSE curriculum and school guidelines.
- Monitor student progress, behavior, attendance, and overall well-being.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Manage classroom activities, assessments, and daily administrative responsibilities.
- Encourage inquiry-based learning, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Support students in developing discipline, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.




- Experience teaching in Cambridge/IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
- Prior experience as a Homeroom Teacher in an international or IGCSE school is an advantage.
- Passionate about student-centered learning and holistic education.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
