TGC Animation & Multimedia is a training institute offering career-oriented courses in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Web Development, Animation, VFX, Video Editing, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Data Analytics, Photography, and other creative and IT programs. We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Course Counselor who can guide students, handle admissions, and support the growth of the Jaipur centre.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Student Counseling & Admission Conversion
- Counsel walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, website, and social media leads.
- Understand the student’s background, interest, budget, career goal, and time availability.
- Suggest the most suitable TGC course based on the student’s need.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, tools, projects, internships, and placement support clearly.




- Convert serious enquiries into admissions through robust follow-up and professional counseling.

2. Lead Follow-Up & Sales Management
- Maintain daily follow-up with fresh, pending, old, and cold leads.
- Update lead status, remarks, next follow-up date, and conversion stage in the tracker or CRM.
- Work on old leads and re-engage them with new batches, demos, offers, and course updates.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

3. Course Knowledge & Counseling Quality
- Build strong knowledge of TGC courses, course outcomes, software tools, career paths, and job roles.
- Stay updated about design, animation, VFX, web, digital marketing, AI, and data-related career options.
- Explain the difference between short-term courses, diploma programs, advanced diplomas, and degree-linked options.
- Help students choose the right course instead of only pushing admissions.
