Product Development
- Develop new products matching competitor quality standards
- Assist in product improvement and research work
- Develop and standardize testing procedures
- Conduct competitor product comparison and analysis
Quality Testing & Customer Trials
- Perform quality testing of Raw Material (RM) and Finished Goods (FG)
- Execute customer sample testing and trials
- Prepare test plans and monitor product performance
- Conduct EG testing and maintain quality records
- Prepare small batch production (7-10 batch trials) for quality verification
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues
- Ensure proper housekeeping and sample management
- Maintain ISO and department-related documentation
- Handle software entries related to quality department activities
Qualification
Post Graduate in Chemistry (M.Sc. Chemistry Preferred)
Experience
Fresher or 2-3 years of experience in Quality Lab / Quality Control
