Job Purpose - The incumbent would be responsible for leading and driving the regional planning team for 1 or 2 Regions. Key responsibility would be to plan and execute EBO & Distributor Assortment Planning for all the stores & distributor in the region. He would be expected to closely work with key stakeholders like sales ops, distributors,franchisee partners to deliver on the business objectives and overall KPI’s of Central Planning function.

Assortment Planning for EBOs.

Lead the regional planning team to craft assortment plans for all stores as per Planning framework.This would include merchandise width & depth planning, driving sell thru’s, managing new product launches. Measure and deliver inventory KPI’s for the EBO stores like stockouts, ROS, Days of Cover, Stock turn achievements. Capture and analyse consumer, marketplace,



and catchment insights to be input to the assortment plan Work with franchisee partners and sales team to support on assortment related issues. Provide regular analysis for his/her region in terms of category performance, product & consumer insights. Develop Assortment Plan for new store launches in co-ordination with Planning Head.

Distributor Assortment Planning

Develop Distributor Assortment plans in line with the EBO Assortment plan and company targets. Ensuring product mix alignment at both EBO & Distributor end. Ensuring Distributor Inventory health as per the company guidelines. Drive distributor Inventory Turns. Take ownership for timely process adherence in alignment with EBO assortment process.

Analysis

Central Planner should be robust at analytics and able handle come up with business insights based on it. Develop key reports to study & analyze Planning metrics and take actions to deliver them.
