About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for digital platforms (social media, ads, website, app, etc.)
- Develop branding elements including banners, thumbnails, creatives, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency
- Maintain and enhance brand identity across all touchpoints
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and techniques:
- Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers (if required)

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (preferred):




- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and performance-driven designs:
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have
- Experience in EdTech / Digital Marketing industry:
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics
- Experience in creating high-converting ad creatives
