Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project cum Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination of fire alarm, firefighting, CCTV, and AMC operations.

This role is critical for improving operational efficiency, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
- Coordinate ongoing fire alarm, firefighting, CCTV, and suppression system projects
- Track daily site progress and maintain project status reports
- Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, contractors, and vendors
- Follow-up for shutdown approvals, material delivery, and work permits
- Maintain project execution schedules and timelines
- Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and project update reports

Operations & AMC Coordination
- Plan technician deployment for AMC and complaint calls




- Maintain complaint tracker and closure status
- Schedule preventive maintenance visits
- Ensure timely response and closure of service complaints
- Coordinate emergency service support with technical team

Documentation & MIS
- Maintain project trackers, AMC trackers, and service records
- Prepare quotations, reports, compliance documents, and client submissions
- Maintain customer database and project documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly operational MIS reports
- Maintain records of material movement and pending items

Client & Vendor Communication
- Coordinate with clients regarding project progress and service schedules
- Follow-up with vendors for material dispatch and delivery
- Support sales team in follow-up and documentation
