Two Roads Studio is a business studio for women entrepreneurs. We empower women to earn from their passion — co-founded by sister duo Sristy & Saumya.

This is a full-time onsite position at our office in Central Delhi.

Timings: 10 am to 6 pm (Mon-Fri) & 10 am to 2 pm (Saturday)

The Role

As our Social Media Manager, you'll own the day-to-day voice of Two Roads Studio on Instagram and LinkedIn. You'll plan, write, shoot, edit, and publish content that speaks to ambitious women — and you'll do it from our studio in Central Delhi alongside the founders.

This isn't a scheduler-only role. We want someone hands-on with content, comfortable on a shoot day, and sharp with words.

What you'll do
- Plan and run monthly content calendars for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Write copy, captions, and long-form posts that sound like us — warm, sharp, and unapologetic
- Plan and assist on shoots — for the studio, our founders, events, and programs
- Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels) — confident with an Iphone and editing app
- Track what's working, report on it, and adjust the plan




- Engage with our community in DMs and comments — this matters as much as the posting itself
- Collaborate with Sristy & Saumya on campaigns, launches, and storytelling for our programs

What we're looking for
- 2-5 years managing social media for a brand, studio, or agency
- A strong portfolio of Instagram and LinkedIn work you can walk us through
- Working knowledge of videography and editing (Edits, Captions, CapCut, or similar)
- A genuinely strong writer — captions, hooks, longer LinkedIn posts
- Comfortable owning a content calendar end-to-end
- Genuine interest in women entrepreneurs, creative business, and building with intention
- Organised, proactive, and easy to collaborate with

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
